This document sets out the one&zero Privacy Policy in a simple and straightforward way so that our customers, suppliers and other parties who may interact with our services, are in no doubt about how we use, share and manage their information.

How and why we use your data

one&zero differentiate the personal data we hold into two categories:

Business Flow Data (BFD) – Any data which we hold about you is only used in relation to the direct provision of our own products and services to your organisation.

Marketing Flow Data (MFD)– Any data which we hold for the purposes of promoting our products & services to potential customers who have requested, or agreed to receive, marketing information about our services.

The only personal data that we hold with regards to an individual are:

o Full Name o Your organisation’s Email Address o Your organisation’s contact number(s) o Your organisation’s address and your position within your organisation o LinkedIn profile address (if applicable) o How we have come to make initial contact with you o The reason why we have contacted you previously o Any reasons(s) why you have shown an interest in our products & services (stated by

you to us)

The sole purpose of holding this information is to ease the process of current and future business transactions in relation to the provision of QA/QC services to your organisation. We will not pass on your information without your prior written approval.

We do not share any individual’s information with any person outside not directly contracted to our organisation and we do not seek to make any commercial benefit from your information other than to continue our day-to-day business activities.

When we have a new product or service which we feel may be of benefit to our customers we may, on occasion, and in relation to a specific new product or service, contact you to make you aware of that product or service. Data Security

All our data is stored on secure databases served by Microsoft Windows Azure. Security access is managed by Windows Active Directory. Access to your contact information is restricted to one&zero employees and our consultants who are contracted to abide by our privacy rules.

Any data accessed by unauthorised persons would be treated as a Security Breach and any individual/company affected by such a breach would be notified within 72hrs.

The right to remove your data from our system

Scope

This policy applies to all employees and sub-contractors of the Company. Its purpose is to protect and inform our end users and any individual with which we have an approval to contact.
